AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern Your access to and use of Secret Slots (the "Platform"), including, but not limited to, any products or services made available through the Platform.

DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Agreement, (i) "You" refers to You as a user or visitor of the Platform; (ii) "Secret Slots" means the company providing the Platform and its related services.

USE OF PLATFORM
By accessing the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree with any provision in this Agreement, please exit the Platform immediately. Secret Slots may modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice to You.

ELIGIBILITY
To use the Platform, You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required by Your local jurisdiction) and possess a valid email address. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and true.

USE OF SERVICES
The Platform provides various services for entertainment purposes only. Secret Slots makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform. Use of the Platform's services is entirely at Your own risk.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to engage in any Prohibited Conduct (as defined below). This includes but is not limited to:

• Hacking into or manipulating the Platform;
• Using automated software, "bots" or similar methods for repeated activity;
• Sharing or attempting to share login credentials;
• Facilitating pyramid schemes or unsolicited chain letters.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Secret Slots and its affiliates own all intellectual property rights on the Platform, including but not limited to any software, images, graphics, text, audio clips, video, logos, and branding materials. Use of these elements requires written consent from Secret Slots.

TERMINATION
Secret Slots reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Platform at its sole discretion without prior notice if:

• You breach this Agreement;
• We detect any Prohibited Conduct;
• You are in breach of any applicable laws.

LIMITED LIABILITY
In no event shall Secret Slots, nor its affiliates be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to access the Platform, even if advised of their possibility.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
• The laws govern this Agreement.
• Any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance.
• This Agreement does not confer any rights on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Secret Slots reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and these modifications shall be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of such changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between You and Secret Slots regarding the terms for using the Platform.

ASSIGNMENT
Secret Slots may assign this Agreement without prior notice to You, but will ensure that its obligations under this Agreement are fulfilled in full at all times.

NO WAIVER
The failure of any party to enforce or exercise any provision or right contained herein shall not constitute a waiver thereof and such provisions shall remain in force and effect.

REVISIONS AND UPDATES
Secret Slots reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, and Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
